Shave + a Haircut - 2 bits

Dec 2: It began innocently enough, as the first flurries of follicles fell from my head one early winter day in the City of Angels

when a benevolent friend and neighbor with experience, the right tools and a keen aesthetic stepped up to the plate

Barry "Skywalker" Jacobson

Of course, even a light-saber barber needs proper supervision

Next - a lightly whipped chardonnay-laced scalp infusion

Actually, come to think of it - probably shouldn't try this at home

A job well done - may the Force be with you

And a good time was had by all . . .

No animals were harmed, maimed, teased or even slightly intimidated during this process

Not even this one

Now I'll have to consider Photoshop to erase dark circles - or learn to use make-up

You are bald and beautiful. Just like my husband is. Although he prefers me to call him handsome. I don't know why I think he's beautiful. (but I don't tell him that to his face anymore, I use handsome instead) I send you lots of love and hugs I hope you feel them.

I could not of said it better than Jamie. Hey some people shave their heads for the fun of it, ask my daughter. What a great head you have, not to mention your heart. Love you, Terri

My dearest AnnaMarie Piersimoni or is that Anna Marie? or maybe just AMP will do...
Received this via email and immediately thought of you... it's obvious why for so many reasons.
Love you tons! james

There once was a woman who woke up one morning, looked in the mirror,
and noticed she had only three hairs on her head.

Well," she said, "I think I'll braid my hair today." So she did and she had a wonderful day.

The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and saw that she had only two hairs on her head..
"H-M-M," she said, "I think I'll part my hair down the middle today." So she did and she had a grand day.

The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and noticed that she had only one hair on her head.

"Well," she said, "today I'm going to wear my hair in a pony tail." So she did and she had a fun, fun day.

The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and noticed that there wasn't a single hair on her head.

"YEA!" she exclaimed, "I don't have to fix my hair today!"

Attitude is everything.
Be kinder than necessary,
for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

Live simply,
Love generously,
Care deeply,
Speak kindly.......
Leave the rest to God.

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass.
It's about learning to dance in the rain.

ps... maybe it's Anna Marie Piersimoni-Brooks???
